Chenoweth to Star on The West Wing

Tony winner Kristin Chenoweth has landed a major recurring role on NBC's White House drama The West Wing, says The Hollywood Repoter.
Chenoweth will play a media consultant on the four-time Emmy-winning series from John Wells Productions and Warner Bros. TV this season. She also has an option to return next season if the show comes back.
Chenoweth, from Broadway musical "Wicked," is filming Columbia Pictures' Bewitched, will star in the independent feature Asphalt Beach, and lend her voice to Disney's animated Rapunzel Unbraided. She recently wrapped MGM's The Pink Panther.
