You gotta rock the vote!
Leo lawyers up in the face of an ongoing inquiry into Abdul Shareef's assassination. To wit, he brings his girlfriend, Jordan Kendall, into the loop for advice on international law. The President's presumptive new secretary may have problems getting her clearance when Charlie uncovers a letter she wrote suggesting that President Bartlet drink arsenic-laced water; Bartlet, though, is more impressed that she referred to him as "President." Meanwhile, a surprise judicial decision allows third party candidates into televised debates -- and Howard Stackhouse may just decide to go on the air. Josh is appalled to find out that his ex-grilfriend Amy Gardner may join Stackhouse's team. The senior staffers are in the birthplace of democracy, Cambridge, Massachusetts, for a Rock the Vote rally: CJ emcees the event, while Toby, Josh, and Sam hatch a plan to provide tax credits to parents whose kids are in college.
