Mrs. Morello, I'm standing in the Oval Office with the President of the United States and it's because of you.
A tractor-trailer bearing uranium fuel rods crashes in a tunnel in Idaho, prompting worries of terrorism and an environmental crisis. When the President isn't busy with the aftermath, he's "helping" Charlie file his taxes online. Vice President Hoynes tries to save an initiative that would bring internet access to the underprivileged, while Josh calls a meeting to discuss replacing Hoynes in favor of someone else who would help the electoral math problem. Donna tries to enlist Josh in her quest to get a Presidential proclamation to mark the retirement of her favorite teacher; Bartlet brings Donna into the Oval Office and makes a phone call instead.
