I'm like Gatsby, but without the problems.
It's the First Lady's birthday, and her husband is throwing her quite a bash. She's feeling blue, though, over the impending loss of her medical license as a result of the MS scandal, and so she retreats to a small room with CJ, Amy, and several bottles of wine. Trying to impress an old professor, Sam does his best to convince a stubborn Senator to fund a superconducting supercollidor. Toby and Lord John Marbury decamp to a nearby bar to discuss dead Irish writers and live Irish terrorists. After a newly Canadian Donna is barred from the bash because of a redrawn border, she joins the First Lady's pity party and accidentally blurts out the truth about Abbey's conduct.
