I take a bullet for the President, he doesn't take one for me.

When Leo is offered a deal by the Congressional Oversight Committee, he rejects it because he doesn't want the President to endure a public censure by Congress, even if it would put an end to the investigation and spare Leo personal embarrassment. When the President learns of the possible deal, he agrees to accept a Congressional censure. Elsewhere, Sam leads the charge to find every factual inaccuracy in a soon-to-be-published tell-all book by a photographer who worked briefly for the administration. Josh's ineptness with women is on display when he asks prickly, mumble-y Toby for advice on how to ask Amy Gardner out. Meanwhile, CJ urges the President not to hang up a historical map of Palestine from 1709 in the White House because of the possible political repercussions.
