Personal Background
- Will is the youngest son of Thomas Bailey, who was the Supreme Commander of Allied Forces. He was raised in Brussels [4.6],and pretty much all of Europe and parts of Asia are family relations for Will [4.10].
- Will's father was so proud of the President's new foreign policy as announced in his Inaugural that Will says Tom Bailey was thinking of re-enlisting [4.15].
- Elsie Snuffin is his step-sister and writing partner [4.10].
- Will last had a girlfriend about nine months before he was appointed Deputy Communications Director, and that only lasted a few days, but in Will's defense, she was psycho [4.18].
