The idea that Charlie was able to "track down" a woman at a domestic violence shelter is patently absurd; the shelter system would hardly be effective if the residents were easily found, considering they're escaping the constant threat of death the hands of their abusers. Staffers at domestic violence shelters do not confirm the identities of any of their residents.
